In case you missed last month’s Munich Found, where we explained the new unemployment legislation in Germany—the controversial “Hartz IV” reform, or if you’re in need of more details, you’ll be glad to hear that a question and answer booklet about the reforms is now being printed in a range of languages— English, French, Greek, Italian, Serbian, Croatian, Spanish, Turkish and Russian. Now’s your chance to find out, with the introduction of English-language guided tours of an exhibition on the region’s history. “Mythos Bayern,” which is on show at the Stadtmuseum until the end of March, enables visitors to discover the stories behind Bavaria’s unique traditions. English tours will be given on February 20 at 2 pm, February 23 at 4 pm, March 6 at 2 pm and on March 18 at 4 pm. A tour lasts around 1 1/2 hours and costs € 6. Then head to the Hard Rock Café, Platzl 1, Tel. 242 94 90, which is showing the sporting extravaganza live on a big screen. Ok, so the atmosphere’s probably not on a par with that at the stadium itself, but for € 17.95 fans receive a welcome drink, bottomless coffee and a half-time American buffet.
